Room smelt of smoke but we think this was coming from another property through a vent. No sink plug for washing up. No wardrobe space in the second bedroom but plenty of space in the master bedroom (Walk in wardrobe!) Otherwise, everything was great! Two decent bedrooms, big comfortable living space, well equipped spacious kitchen, two good bathrooms. Great location near bus stop 12 and only a few mins walk from the seafront.

Parking garage was very convenient but be prepared for the expense of parking. This is all around Iceland so no escaping this cost. Apartment was very nice and modern. Had everything we needed for cooking and washing clothes and dishes.

The Sif apartments are really centrally located for Reykjavík points of interest. All are within walking distance, but the location is also very quiet. There are grocery stores nearby which offsets the high prices in Iceland. The apartments are clean, spacious and really well equipped. The washer dryer is especially useful as it means you can pack fewer clothes and get anything dry that falls victim to the Icelandic weather!

This was worth every penny! well aware that there are places that are cheaper but having space to cook and move about for the entire week we were there was worth. Both rooms and bathrooms were a good size. The washer and dryer were a great addition as we packed lighter and did small loads as needed. Basic dishes are supplied and a small frig is there with plenty of counter and cabinets space. Cant lie my husband and i wanted the walk in closet, lol. To get to old bus stop of many restaurants inside (cant recall the name) was 5-7 min was away. Bonus was 10-13 min walk away. So easy to walk and get around!
