We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The view of the Cathedral from our balcony added an amazing element. The restaurant was nice with good food and the staff were polite and very helpful.

Fabulous hotel and location! Rooms modern and very clean. Staff super attentive and added the special little touches like a complementary glass of champagne on arrival. Spa access included in stay which was lovely after a long day champagne tasting. will be back soon!

Terrible service. The stuff are arrogant and unhelpful. Tried to charge me a night for a double price compare to the night offered in the application. Tried to charge me for breakfast that is already paid. The room was set to 28 degrees - and the hotel does not have a technician to fixe it. Overrated hotel and not recommended

Over priced look elsewhere
We had to move rims as we were not put in the room that we booked. Our room was sooo noisy. We had booked a court yard view room and was told they upgraded us to some other room in which we were not informed off i till after we asked to be moved due to noise. It was clean but the pool Spa needed maintenance upgrade as jets in spa pool were not working. No towels etc etc. breakfast was ok. They did have gf bread but that’s it. Fresh fruit and juice in the foyer through the fat was a nice touch. This hotel is soooooo over priced paying over $600aud a night and having a horrible gutsy night experience having to pack up our bags etc to move was disappointing indeed. So no we did not get the room we booked over 10 months earlier. Was told no court yard rooms available??? Champagne bar looked not used in how long. When staying in the Champagne capital one would expect their champagne bar to be one of an experience.

Perfect location to walk to all restaurants and cafes. No drawers to put you clothes which was odd but we managed, if it was for a weekend would t matter but it was part of a 2 week trip so bags on the floor. Overall a beautiful hotel with well trained staff and a quiet ambience

The hotel is very nice and a great location to the Notre Dame, shopping and dining. The resturant at the hotel is not good. Poor service and quality of good did not match the hotel. Other dining options just walking distance was great. Also rooms are too small even for 2 people. We could not unpack our bags.

As usual another wonderful stay. Amazing service, comfortable amenities great food great location, we needed a break from the kids and had to choose somewhere and loved it so much we went back, reims is beautiful and with so many champagne caves to visit all I have is excuses!

The perfect Hotel to explore Reims
Amazing location, friendly staff and great breakfast. On booking parking it would be helpful to be advised that you cannot drive to the hotel and need to go on foot and your car taken by the charming valets. I would suggest reviewing the clever menu before being seated for dinner. It is not a criticism, I just struggled to find anything I wanted to eat. I would highly recommend the hotel and the spa was perfect too.

We stayed in a room with a balcony and excellent view of the beautiful cathedral. A very good room but (to my mind) a poorly designed bathroom which had a lot of empty space and a shower in the bath despite it being a premium room. There was definitely room for a separate shower and bath. Plus the shower head had to be held by hand. We told reception that there was no bracket on the wall rail but it was not fixed. Not what I expect when I am paying for a premium room. Great shame as staff and location overall quality wer all high.

The property is impeccable! The location is beautiful and we loved our room! The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The amenities in the room were fantastic. We were not too happy with the buffet in the morning. All the hot food was cold and I think it would have been perfect if it was hot. I did love the selection of foods and the fresh juices and coffee were all great. I was also disappointed of the limited hours of the spa and wasn't able to use during our stay.

Rooms over the cathedral square offer great views. However a lack lustre aircon system means you need to open a window. The hotel restaurant is in the street below and noisy. Go for a high floor. Staying for 2 nights but couldn’t eat at our hotel. Restaurant fully booked before we arrived. Suspect general staff shortages meant limited tables. But just an assumption. Reserve parking and dinner at time of booking to avoid disappointment.

Incredible hotel! Beautiful, modern, boutique style hotel with perfect location. Worth booking a suite with views over the cathedral just to watch the light show on Saturday & Sunday night. Awesome staff!

Excellent place to stay in Reims
Incredible location, opposite the famous west front of Reims cathedral. Excellent comfort and service for overnight stay, driving back from the south of France. The restaurant in the hotel, which we had only booked because of its reviews on online sites, is fantastic. Good value dinner and first rate quality: far ahead of many much more expensive places we had dinner in France over the previous 3 weeks. The only slight inconvenience is the hotel’s position in the cathedral close means of arriving in a car means you have to call ahead shortly before you arrive for someone to meet you, let you through the barrier to the cathedral close etc, but apart from a delay to meet us, while another car was parked, the valet parking worked really well. The exceptional location and the quality of the hotel make that well worth tolerating.

We had a balcony cathedral view room during the Joan of Arc festival, and suddenly found ourselves with the perfect view of an amazing light show on the cathedral with music. The food was also fantastic, room was gorgeous, would absolutely look forward to staying there again.
