"Stayed for a long weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the Pearl street cottage. Location was fantastic (blocks to the beach), and the house was exceptionally well appointed. The place was super clean, and check in/out were a breeze. Would definitely stay again!"

"This is my third or fourth time staying at the Portifino Hotel. Prior stays were wonderful causing me to return. I especially enjoyed the quiet and cleanliness of both the rooms and surroundings..This stay however was different. We stayed in beautiful suite with an amazing view of the ocean and enjoyed the calls of Sealions. We were disappointed by the suites insect problems. Ants, silverfish, and roaches permanent residents. We told the front desk and was given a $100 discount for having been...

"This hotel felt very old. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was wonderful. In general, felt dark and old. "

"This is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff from front desk, breakfast attendants, maintenance and housekeeping. Great breakfast, varied options. Very clean property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lobby bathroom had fresh bleach clean smell. The area around was a little run down but we never felt unsafe….its a big city."
