Hotel is lovely and clean, food was amazing and service is very attentive. From my prospective the only down side is to get to the spa you have to leave the hotel which, when it’s raining isn’t so great. But 100% would recommend.

We stayed for a night as our flight delayed. We checked in around 8 pm, the lady working there was not happy and helpful at all. Pointing me to the exit door in the car park to get to my room! When I asked we have two heavy luggages, she still insists that’s the shortest way to get to our room. We paid £400 for a night! The breakfast is minimum; the buffet was empty and they had short of staff! It’s a shame because the building has some characters and beautiful garden!

The food was amazing!!! The service in the restaurant was superb. The Chef made us a special dessert to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

Nutfield Priory Hotel And Spa was a marvelous place to stay and to experience! My wife and I were on our honeymoon and would stay here on future trips! Nutfield was extremely convenient just outside of Redhill. Though it was just a short distance away, it truly felt as an exclusive retreat once you reached the property! The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable! Additionally, the dinner service was fantastic!

The food was just ok but the property was fantastic and the front desk staff and room service as well. The restaurant staff was just average as we were directed to eat there and then we were not allowed as it was New Year’s Day and they had meals already assigned.

Great night stay
A lovely night stay, I just wished we'd stayed longer. Staff were amazing very helpful and happy. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and catered for coeliac and lactose free. The rooms were comfortable and the whole atmosphere was relaxing

An extraordinary building that is being lovingly maintained for the enjoyment of guests. Modern health club and pool facilities are well separated from the historic part of the building. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Guest facilities are exemplary.

Fabulous hotel and staff - the staff really make this a fantastic place to stay. It's quiet with a beautiful view and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I would highly recommend staying here I loved it !

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superb with tremendous well kept grounds. Sitting on the terrace in the evening looking out over the grounds and across to Redhill air field is so relaxing. Spa facilities really good though slightly longer swim times for children would be welcomed. Food and bar services top notch with all staff totally customer focused. Terrific weekend break to recharge the batteries!

The property is wonderful and extremely exquisite. It’s literally a castle in the English countryside. Everything was ready for our arrival and even a little bit late we managed to have dinner which was great! The only downside is that they put a rolling bed for my daughter with a really really bad mattress - so thin that one could feel wood from the bed frame - and unfortunately nobody could help us with that. Breakfast included was great, just a little slow - but, if you are not in a rush just enjoy the wonderful views. The food, considered Modern English Food was extremely well prepared! Didn’t match our taste though, but no complaints here!

When we arrived we were given our room key and directed to a totally different part of the hotel. We rang reception and we’re told we had gone the wrong way even though we followed the directions exactly. We were given new directions which involved several flights of stairs but when we arrived at our room, the key card did not work. We rang reception and had to insist they bring us a new key card. Breakfast choice was very restricted and the service was atrocious-the tea was so weak it looked and tasted like water and it arrived with some toast before we even had cereal! Toast entirely cold by the time we ate our hot breakfast. Also the glass of orange juice we requested was only half full on both mornings and there was no staff around to request a refill. The hot breakfast was just ok but again was so small in quantity, twice as much would have been normal in any other hotel we have ever stayed at. The room itself was relatively clean but the bed was the smallest bed we have slept in in over 40 years. The overall impression was that the hotel is very very overpriced at £ 400 per night and at that price we’d have expected a much better room, a bed large enough for 2 people and definitely a proper full breakfast. Also our tv didn’t work It seemed that serving as little as possible to maximise profits were the main and really only motive behind providing breakfast. The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had and if I could give it a minus rating I would. Extremely disappointed

I will definitely be staying here again. Rooms are great, clean, bathrooms are good, breakfast was tasty, parking and access was easy. It definitely has an an old mansion house feel versus a modern sleek hotel feel. It just about justifies its price though could make some slight improvements which maybe better next time anyway! For example, for room service, a cappuccino and flat white were exactly the same despite us reordering (and both were poor -the capsule coffee machine in the room made better coffee) The pillows are not right - that could be a personal taste. And we had a full on speaker system blasting club music from 7am somewhere in the hotel.

Beautiful property and comfortable bed. Hotel, restaurant and gym staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel does not seem to be very eco-friendly though.
Confie bed, but why put those dirty cushions and throw on top of the clean bed linen?
A meal with more than one view as the restaurant is as beautiful as the view outside.
