Guests should note that they are required to pay jetty fees imposed by the Malaysian government at the terminal upon arrival. Boat schedule using hotel's private boat transfer: Departure from Merang Jetty to Resort (12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM). Departure from Resort to Merang Jetty: 8 AM, 10 AM, and noon. The view from our suite was breathtaking but our stay was a but ruined by the sewage smell coming from our bathroom. We had high expectation but was disappointed with the condition. Not a prestige suite afterall. Breakfast was set up late when it was supposed to start by 7am.
