Drunks roaming the hallways with drinks, banging on doors at midnight. Limited everything in the room, no bathroom fan, no cutlery, dirty carpet. Reception guy took 2 hours to get us a bottle of water, but didnt tell us there was a vending machine. Old, worn, and noisy.

We have been going to this hotel for many years and we were welcomed with a complimentary suite and a bottle of champagne on ice upon arrival. I was very pleased and I sincerely want to thank everyone at the Red Deer Resort and Casino for the beautiful gesture and warm welcome! We will definitely be coming back 😃

Great hotel! We will definitely be back! The staff were all very friendly, the hotel and room were clean. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was in the room! You can hear some hallway noise when people are going to their rooms, but nothing from the above or neighbouring rooms. It’s a bit older but they do a wonderful job maintaining the property. Peeked my head into the pool area which looked great. The casino was a ton of fun too!
