Nice hotel, terrible policies. No manager on site to speak with either day I was there. Would never make a reservation here again.

I like all of the above mentioned things. The hotel is an easy five minute drive from my daughter’s house, and she is the reason for my trips to Durham.

The AC in our room is noisy. The blackout curtains could not be fully closed, and we were woken up early for two days.

The common areas smelled kinda funny. It was a so so business hotel. Gym is very good.

I'm so sorry that we didn't hit the mark on your visit to our hotel. Within The AC Hotel Brand, you'll notice a brand scent called "between the woods" to create a feeling of cohesiveness between other AC Hotels. I'm terribly sorry that this may have been the cause to your discomfort. I hope that we were able to make it up with the service and product that we provided during your stay.

we had a wonderful stay everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. the rooms were very nice and the gym was the best gym i've ever been in at a hotel by far!!

The only con is that is not sufficient parking and there is a nominal parking fee of $12 applied to our bill without even ensuring that we parked on property. We were not able to find a parking space in the garage during our second night and had to park in the adjoining business parking spaces

We enjoyed our stay at AC Hotel Durham. Only issue was one day they forgot to clean our room. However, when I called, some one was sent right up to clean it. Would be nice if there was more selections or options on food menu.
