The staff at the hotel was wonderful! Felt very safe with the security provided and 24 hour front desk. Pool was warm and heated, which was a really lovely surprise in March!

The staff were fantastic (very helpful with local recommendations and organization of a driver for a day-trip), rooms/ hotel were even better than depicted in the photos (quiet, clean, great condition). Location is fantastic also - convenient to get to and walking distance to everything in the historic centre.
