"My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) came for parents weekend for our son at USMMA. The location is fantastic, Only 1 block from academy- walking to and from was a piece of cake. The overall property sadly is a 2. The property was not as described or pictured. It is listed as a bed and breakfast however, no breakfast was provided. The pictures showed a full size refrigerator with some counter space, and chairs around a table, however only a mini refrigerator was present, but not turned on...
