Nice property. Nice beach. Far from any outside activities. They need more chairs at the pool but a great vacation. Try to get a room that backs to one of the smaller pools. It's like your own private pool. Food was good. Lots of options.

Transportation didn’t show up- even though I requested through web. Their response on Expedia was they don’t offer when they do- said you got $250 credits but was given coupons then told I couldn’t use them as it needed be double occupancy to use them. Disappointed

We generally enjoyed our stay! 4.5 overall. Grounds and beach: 5/5 Room: 5 we had an ocean view suite and it was fabulous - #3422 Staff: 5 (Efren at Divum was an absolute delight!) Food: Divum: 5, everywhere else 4 - 4.5 Music: 1 Terrible techno music near the pool in afternoons that I suspect few of the guests actually liked, otherwise 5 earlier in day Activities: 3. Wished they offered yoga daily. The rental system at the beach was limited/overprices/unclear. If you’re into being active, the resort is fairly limited- no tennis/pickleball courts, No lap pool, etc.

Very nice property with a great beach and a really nice spa. Rooms are nice. Food and beverage staff is amazing. Concierge not so mich, requests were answered with options how to do ourselves. Hot water issues in room despite multiple requests for maintenance ove 48 hours. Two gentlemen at front desk were really lovely and helpful. They helped us track down our lost laundry and sent it to our next hotel. When you check in be aware that you will be accosted by sales people aggresively selling vacation rental packages. Essentially railroaded into going to a presentation to sell you" member perks", we agreed to go just so we could get out of the checkout and get to our vacation. The gentlrmen also hunted us down when we did not show and continued to place more pressure on us. We ended up checking out two days early. Armony is trying to do too much and dropping basic balls in service. Would not reccomend

Liked the infinity pool and ocean view. Got to see the a couple wales during our stay. Food was good but not the best I’ve had. Liked getting food poolside. Staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. I would visit again in the future.

The resort is only a few years old and has amazing foliage and very beautiful grounds that give it an exotic feel. The beach is well kept, calm and beautiful. The resort has multiple pools and secluded areas with great views. Faustino served us daily by the pool and his service was perfect. There are two main sit down restaurants. The essence restaurant alternates between Mexican and Mediterranean. It has a great ambiance with its secluded outdoor seating. The food is tasty and service by Luis and Fernando is great. Service at other areas around the hotel could be better. We came from Grand Velas PV before this and compared the service from there to here. The lining up at 11am to book a dinner spot at Essence or Divum is painful (see photo) Lineups are long, spots fill up quick, you have to do it daily and people often book reservations for multiple rooms which is annoying. Booking for restaurants should be done at check in and be able to book dinner times for days ahead. Divum service and food wasn’t enjoyable. The internet does cut in and out when on the resort which is a nuisance but okay. As with Grand Velas you need to sign each bill when eating which is standard so I am not sure why people complain. The resort/restaurants are open to more than all inclusive guests. We tipped with each meal but did not feel pressured to do so. Overall we genuinely enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone.

Overall, this was a wonderful, relaxing place to spend a week. Loved: the infinity pool and view to the ocean, Armony ocean view rooms were amazing with huge deck to view ocean, food at buffet, the grounds were beautiful with lush plants and flowers, very clean, beach was very private and could walk a long way without public spaces, pool waiters were very attentive, we saw whales swimming while relaxing in infinity pool, very relaxing overall. Disliked: check in process was very cumbersome as they wanted you to sign a contract but it was all in Spanish, which I couldn’t read. No options for English. Had to stand in line daily to make dinner reservations which usually took 20-30 mins every day as you can only book same day. Lady managing towels was extremely rude, treated everyone extremely poorly and was not friendly at all. Halfway thru our vacation they put out signs you can’t reserve chairs by pool and would take peoples things they left on chairs. Drinks in restaurants were hard to get. Overall, very clean, very relaxing, waiters at pool & beach were great. The views were some of the best I’ve experienced.

The swimming Pools are really good. The ammenities also great. The attractions also great. Nevethless I had many problems with the rooms and had to love 3 times in 4 days of stay. Property is very aesthetically appealing. Beach is so soft and clean. Staff are very friendly, shout out to Mario for being fantastic and promptly taking care of our drink and food by the pool orders! Definitely worth a visit if you are heading to this part of Mexico. We enjoyed the Sound Therapy, Massages and games by the pool.

Overall a wonderful stay. Room service ws ht and mis, however solved with a call to housekeeping. Clean and great layout. I enjoyed the "busy" ocean view pool (get there early to get a chair) and the quiet garden view pools were a nice treat. Food was 8 out of 10. However they fed a lot of people and the things I found just ok (dried out fish) were really a personal choice. Overall, wonderful. Friendly staff. Hard sell on check in for :membership" The spa was pricey, and I might pass on it next stay. I will be back.

if you want peace and quiet and relaxation, this is not the place. constant music playing, djs till midnight right outside of your room and the service was horrible due to lack of training and I assume common respect. Wasn't able to get towels unless in specific window time frames despite asking for them at 5:05 when the cutoff was 5pm because we had just flown in arrived to the hotel but the answer was a firm "no". Additionally if you book the Bahia room, 50/50 chance you'll have a king bed or two SINGLE beds that cannot be pushes together, so if you're a couple, don't book this room as they have less kings than singles. Food was mediocre at best. I travel all the time and this ranks with one of the top five worst places I have ever stayed.

For the amount of money we paid on this all inclusive I would have expected more. We stay at all inclusives in Mexico often and this was probably my least favorite. Our check in was disastrous with an extremely rude front desk staff. I literally have never dealt with this type of poor service upon check in. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was nice except for the sewer smell that came and went in our room. We did complain about it and they claimed they were overbooked and had no where to move us. The smell was horrendous! Food was just ok. Not many choices for lunch. It was either a buffet or pizza. I will say that everyone we dealt with at the resort was friendly and we had great overall service...except front desk. We also felt badgered to do the time share presentation from the guy who checked us in. He even called our room multiple times and followed us to breakfast. When we are on vacation we should not have to deal with this! One HUGE call out of exceptional service would be the bar off of the front lobby...in particular Elizabeth. She was just amazing! I would not stay here again for a variety of reasons stated above. Just not worth what we paid. And I obviously feel very strongly as this is the first review I have ever done on Expedia!

The grounds and the view are beautiful. The food was quite good, especially at the bar in the evening. The staff are very nice. The reason it got four stars rather than five is because of small things that need not happen at a high-end resort like this. Having to make reservations for dinner and not being able to get them should not happen at places like this. Other high-end resorts allow you to attend at whatever restaurant you want at whatever time you want. If there is a wait you can choose to wait or not. Also, having to fight for chairs by the pool is not relaxing. Overall a very nice stay.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Armony. The staff were amazing and friendly. We got a complementary upgrade when we arrived to the ocean view suite and this was the only disappointing part of the stay. We had issues with the fridge and no hot water. Thankfully, the staff moved us to a normal room after a couple of days and truthfully it was a much better experience.

This place is not all inclusive. You have to tip everyone, including at the buffet (which is the majority of the meals). They strategically do not have water or coffee out so that the waiters have to bring you your drinks. I’ve been at all inclusive places where you simply eat and go and you don’t provide your room number all the time. The place is nice but the management is poor. They nickel and dime everything. They need to pay their staff more so that resort guests don’t have to pay their salaries. You need to carry wads of cash everywhere. You need to tip the chair guy at the beach (you have to ask for chairs, they don’t simply place them all out in the morning), the bartender, even the people making omlets and tacos at the buffet. The cooks shuffle around the tip jar to make it known that they are looking for tips. It wasn’t relaxing as I needed to carry cash everywhere. The noise levels were also too much. We were looking for a quiet vacation and we couldn’t sleep the first night as the music was so loud that the water in our cups was. We booked a partial ocean view with a king bed and we didn’t not receive that. Building 2 were I first stayed had no view of the ocean. They misrepresented the room. They also give you a speech upon check in on the time share. Super annoying as we flew 6 hours and wanted to get to our room and then eat. They had the audacity to judge the time share folks at the airport yet they were doing the same if not more of a sales pitch.

Firstly, the property is beautiful. The resort is ocean front. Beautiful pools and stunning views. The rooms could do with an upgrade though. The bed wasnt confortable. The room smelled like mildew and the room needs to be upgraded to match the grounds. The balcony was awesome as i had ocean view. The buffet needs to be revamped. The food was not kept hot and the icebaths for the cold foods was melted. The other choices for dining were lacking also. The best food was in the lounge where there was fabulous live music nightly. The staff were fantastic and gracious. Overall the stay was good but needs improvements to make it a 5 star establishment.

The Sierra one bedroom suite was a beautiful room. Well worth the upgrade. Was not impressed with the overall entertainment. Would have enjoyed more intimate local music rather than loud covers of middle of the road music. The infinity pool dominates the property and if your into day drinking and carrying on to loud again middle of the road pumping music then you'll love it. Easy to avoid as there are a few more small pools and beach of course. Most of the staff extremely polite, professional and accommodating. There is only one bar for cocktails for pre dinner and it is really lacking ambiance and is not very welcoming. The grounds, the room and beach were great but I wouldn't return for other factors in my review. But everyone's tastes are different so it might be a great place for you if you enjoy the type of holiday I've outlined. If you do visit, the spa was wonderful! I regularly get massages and I had the most amazing deep tissue massage!

Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. Ana and Alex from entertainment were great! The pool bar was awesome, but it was hard to find chairs near the pool as they'd all be taken early in the morning. The buffet never disappointed, but I would have loved some more a la carte options (and for larger portions at these restaurants). Overall a very relaxing stay with a clean beach and good access to the ocean.
