"A lovely quiet guesthouse just the otherside of main road from La Punta area and the beach. Just off the road for collectivos to different areas of the town and the bus station. Our room was a good size, very clean, places to put bags, a table and ensuite with toilet and shower with hot water (rare on a budget for Puerto Escondido). "We loved our stay at Bungalows Zicatela. I traveled with my husband and two teenage boys. We were very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Front desk, security, restaurant staff, maid service and maintenance persons were all very friendly and helpful. There are many pools and the free breakfast is delicious and the portions are big.
