“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Nähe eines kleinen Bergdorfes mit wenigen, aber sehr netten Einwohnern. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Man sollte den Hinweis der Eigentümerin auf den steilen Weg zum Haus beachten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne von 5.”

“Das Ferienhaus liegt eigentlich fast direkt am Strand (50m). Vom Haus erreicht man fußläufig das Centro von Sirmione, Restaurants, Bars usw.. Wenn man in die historische Altstadt will, kann man die Fahrräder nehmen, die auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Insgesamt eine tolle ruhige Lage, ein nettes Haus mit super Ausstattung und Sirmione biete dazu noch italienischen Flair. Wir kommen wieder.”

“Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. “Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced.”

“Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!”

I never had so much fun finding the direction to a pizzeria ;) You should definitely look at and visit the recommendations for restaurants. “Das Haus ist richtig schön mit Blick auf den Gardasee von der Terrasse aus. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist großzügig mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Eine ganz liebe und aufmerksame Person. Ein Gastgeschenk gab es auch noch.Das fanden wir sehr nett. Fußläufig habe ich im Ort leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gefunden, man braucht schon das Auto zum Brötchen holen oder Einkaufen Zum kleinen Hafen und dem Fähranleger sind es...

“Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre. “Wir haben zu neunt (4 Erw., 5 Kinder) eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche Ende September/Anfang Oktober gehabt. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und dem Master-Bedroom ist spektakulär und insbesondere die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool ausgiebig genutzt und genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Selene) war sehr nett - wir kommen gerne einmal wieder an den traumhaften Gardasee!”

“Het was een fantastisch huis. Prachtig zicht op Gardameer. Heel fijn met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Goed contact met eigenaar. Heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Toch een klein minpuntje. De weg naar het huis is zo smal, dat we met bepaalde auto's er heel moeilijk geraakte. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen Misschien wel even laten weten aan nieuwe huurders”

“First time in Italy and instantly fell in love with it and it’s wonderful people. Host and house were everything we hoped for and could not have been more helpful. Fabulous base to come back to after a day sight seeing with a dip in the pool and relax in the beautiful gardens with a glass of Prosecco and the Circada evening chorus. Just perfect.”

“8 of us stayed at the villa. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). The grounds, view, and lake were pristine and a joy to wake up to daily. Without a car we walked into Gardone Riviera and took the ferry to other towns around the lake. Within 2 miles any direction you can walk to sights, shopping, and restaurants. There is...
