I liked the property. I wish they'd make eating accommodations for guest arriving between 4-6pm. Also guest services personnel could use some training on being more helpful when asked questions they dont know how to answer. Other than that it was a good trip.

So we had a wonderful time at this resort! Was peaceful and we met so many wonderful people. Our room was top notch and beds were so comfortable. We appreciated all the kindness shown by Shaneka front desk and entertainment crew Coco, Smiley, Tishane, and Barbie! The bar crew and waitress staff was incredible❤️The waitress Jen we loved her serving us and was so kind and genuine. We loved how they made us feel so special by always asking if we needed anything or could get us a beverage. I will say I wish the food was rotated every two days by pool that their was different options - and maybe little bit more night life. But, overall amazing - can’t say enough about Shaneka. She so amazing and we miss her.

we thought the wines offered with the all inclusive were not very good. otherwise resort was great

Lovely relaxing hotel. We thought the food was very good. Mostly great staff but reception personnel could do with some customer service training. Great position even though people want to be on Grace Bay, (which we thought was too busy). I would recommend & would go bsck

Blue Haven is a beautiful all-inclusive resort. It is small and not on the main Grace bay beach but the property is well kept and it feels much more upscale then the sister resort. It is much quieter and relaxing. The people are very friendly and helpful, service was great (although sometimes on the slower side, leave extra time for meals) and the small beach was beautiful. The food was excellent, best I have had at an all-inclusive by far.
