"The hotel is in a very convenient location to the sites in Prague. The breakfast at the hotel was good and so was the service. Our biggest complaint was the bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were completely flat. The lowest setting on the air conditioning was 72 and we were hot and uncomfortable while we tried to sleep. "I checked in after hours due to flight delays. I was relieved to find the check in process was easy. The room was beautiful and the monastery setting is amazing. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden area. Upon further inspection the room was a bit outdated and could have been a bit cleaner. The towels and linens had a few minor stains and found a few strands of hair on the towels. The breakfast buffet was delightful and extensive. Overall a beautiful first night in Prague. "The hotel is located within walking distance of Wenceslas Square, the clock, and so much more! It is very loud and hot if you come before the air conditioning is turned on (May) because the open window means all the sounds travel into your room. The breakfast was awesome and free. Our keys kept getting demagnetized which was annoying- we had to go down twice on two different days to get them redone. The hotel does not have usb plugs so make sure you bring an adapter as they also don’t have any...
