"The room was good, really. The staff speaks a lot about "charges" and "money". Even for things like excess water in the room. Other similar hotels did not do this. LOTS of steps to get down to the beach. The hotel restaurant has this strange thing where, if you go, EACH person must spend at least 60 euros for the meal. The food was fancy, but not as good as other offd in the village proper. "

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were in a basic room and it worked great for what we needed. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast spread is awesome and the pool is amazing as well. My only negative thing to say is we got two massages and they charge you an arm and leg for them and they come to your room to do them. It is a bit of a walk into the main town and, being Positano, involves many stairs so just be aware of that.
