Razoável, vários pontos de melhoria para receber 5 estrelas.. 1. A sauna é má construída, o vapor já sai na metade da parede e fica muito tempo desligada, chegando a ficar completamente fria 2. Café da manhã, almoço e janta com poucas opoções e reposição demorada. As carnes no jantar e almoço estavam sem tempero, feias e frias por não estarem num aquecedor. 3. Quarto velho, paredes mal pintadas e banheiro ruim. Não tinha nem suporte para toalhas ficarem esticadas. 4. Frigobar velho, com aspecto sujo 5 Ar condicionado jogava o ar direto em cima da cama, visivelmente instalado no local errado dentro do quarto 5. Vitro do banheiro e porta nao vedavam bem, então não tinha como evitar entrada de pernilongos

Atendentes atenciosos, cafe da manhã bom, limpesa ok, o que tivemos muita dificuldade foi a Internet que era muito, mas muito ruim e os travesseiros muito altos. A piscina poderia ser aquecida para poder ser utilizada no inverno também.

Bom mas pode melhorar alguma detalhes

O ar condicionado estava fraco e o banheiro no quarto 202 está com muito cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro, a água do chuveiro tinha cheiro mau de esgoto. O lugar é ótimo, só poderia ter umas cortinas no quarto e na porta de entrada, pois 6h da manhã em diante não dorme mais.

Hotel de grande rotatividade. Administracao fraca. Poucos funcionarios para dar conta do atendimento de muita gente. Alguns quartos sem manutencao.Limpeza deficiente, nao limpam banheiros , mal passam pano, nao por culpa das funcionarias que sao otimas e atenciosas , mas por que estao sobrecarregadas e tb falta de supurvisao. Nao tem espelho no quarto e no banheiro espelho danificados . Balcao de refeicao fraco. Cafe da manha ok, mas salao cheio , se fizer cafe mais tarde o atendimento e opcoes fica bem deficiente.Funciinarios sobrecarregados, nao dao conta de limpar, repor e atender. Gerente finge q ouve sua solicitacao , mas depois não da retorno . Precisa ser mais organizado na administracao , melhor manutencao e limpeza..Rede Ramada precisa cumprir mais o q promete

Horrível pra começar a roupa do pessoal da recepção desbota quarto superior que foi o que eu aluguei nada funcionava café da manhã sempre igual mais garfo e faça de plástico a televisão não conectou a Netflix de jeito nenhum fiação aparecendo espelho todo descascado a barraca de apoio que aparece no site nem existe resumindo não sei como pode um hotel desse ter 4 estrelas
