Come enjoy our little piece of paradise located in Weeki Wachee, Florida! This waterfront home sits on a spacious corner canal leading right to the gulf and Weeki Wachee river. Ideal for fishing directly from the dock or backyard! Relax and enjoy the view from the deck, with visits from manatees and dolphins! Grill, tan, swim, kayak, check out the local beaches, restaurants, stores, etc! This home has just been remodeled from top to bottom, and everything is brand new!

Perfect spot to relax
My wife, mother-in-law and Charlie 🐶 had a wonderful stay. Was easy to find, house was furnished as listed and very clean. Nice open living room with ample seating. The back of the house is where it’s at! Nice big deck to sit, relax and let your cares go. We used the kayaks that was furnished and was able to put in right at the back of the house. We will definitely be back! Do not hesitate to reserve this appropriately named house: Our piece of paradise !!

Great Stay!!
The house was exactly as it is listed. Very clean and spacious. Host was easy to get ahold of and timely. Loved the water front and the kayaks. There was only three kayaks when we arrived and the listing said there was four. I wrote the host and he took care of it right away. One had floated away during the last guest stay and the neighbor had it tied up for us. The neighbors were very nice as well. This was our first time visiting this area and we look forward to going back.

We loved this peaceful location on the canal! We especially enjoyed kayaking and were thrilled to see manatees nearly everday! Our host was very kind and was very quick to reply to our questions. We were very happy with the accommodations and look forward to returning in the future!

Home was nice and open with comfortable beds. Enjoyed being on the water and seeing manatees each day. Great place ifyou have a boat or skis. Only suggestion is the water pressure is so great in showers, that a heavy or weighted shower curtain would be wise. The guest bathroom especially has the most issue. The water pressure blows shower curtain open and water gets all over floor. Could be potential accident.

Super cute house with great backyard, small cleaning issue
The house was great. So cute and great location. I would say overall really good. The only issue was the cleaning aspect. We had to wash about 50% of the dishes we wanted to use because they were visibly dirty. And the kitchen could use some more attention in the cleaning process. Besides that, it was all good!

What a great place on the water. House is perfect for a water side getaway with access to Weeki and the Gulf. Bring you boat or use the provided kayaks....Great Neighbors here as well.

Paradise for family and pets!
I almost didnt rent this home due to the pet limit size which is normal, but I got permission to bring my dogs and 1 dog is 110 pounds and special needs. We all loved the home. It has everything you need. The only thing we purchased is a mop because of the dogs. The grill is acually nice and not cheap. We brought 2 cars and had room for more in the drive way. We did a lot of fishing and caught a couple off the dock. We did not rent a boat because we have no experience driving one but there is room for one. We enjoyed the kayaks. For future renters I hope the management encourages pet friendly because this place is great for dogs of any size and it could be a good selling point. I cant emphasize enough!!! The property has a fenced in big back yard and unless your dog chews funiture then this is your place!!

We saw a manatee the first day! Great location for Pine Island and Weeki Watchee springs. It’s a far kayak trip to the river but we made it once during our stay. Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Great location with some issues.
Let me start by saying the house location is great and the interior is very nice; however, there are a few things that guests should be aware of. I wrote the host a private email to make them aware of these concerns; however, they were not considerate enough to even respond back. When we arrived the floor was not swept or mopped. My wife swept up three piles of dirt. We couldn’t mop because there was not a mop available. We used a rag to wipe up dirty spots on the floor. There was a large dead cockroach on the floor in the master bedroom closet. The inside of the fridge was dirty and we found two small cockroaches inside the fridge. We also noticed a few small roaches in the kitchen area. The blue furniture is stained and dirty and not something we really would sit on. The dark cloth furniture was dirty as well but not as bad. The outside of the home could use a good cleaning as well. Overall our stay was good and we love the location. Again, I told the host this stuff so they could make improvements for future guests. I didn’t want to leave a poor review; however, it’s been over two weeks without any acknowledgement of our concerns.

Perfect Spot
