El televisor no funcionó y no pudieron resolverlo, la butaca en el cuarto tenía muchas manchas de suciedad y la ducha no tenía el cabezal de salida. Es una pena pues la localización del hotel es muy buena. Deben dar mejor mantenimiento.

This property is definitely passed its prime. Eclectic but floors are not clean. Hot water came after about 5 minutes. Staff was not interested in fixing our broken electric door. TV was also broken. There are arcades playing all night long in the lobby but luckily we were further down the hall.

The property has an odor and when we voice our concerns we were dismissed. The water does not get hot for a long time and as soon as it warms up it’s back cold. They also lock the gate after a certain and it’s hard to regain access as if your on a curfew. I would never stay here again.

Muy buena localización. Es tremendo lugar para quedarse como máximo 2 o 3 días. No tiene mucho lujo pero es bien resuelve. Hay restaurante, barras y tiendas muy cerca. El hotel está muy limpio aunque el agua caliente no funcionó bien en mi baño.

Facilities in lobby don’t count with air conditioning. No bar, no brunch no animation. Mattress and air conditioner in room in poor conditions. I am disappointed with the staying. This was my third and last visit. I won’t come back again.

El hotel solo es bueno si buscas pasar solo una noche porque vas de paso, esta deteriorado, le hace falta que le den cariño y queda porque aparte de lo deteriorado q esta su decoracion es muy bonita, no es un hotel en el cual piense en volver a quedarme y otra cosa los cuartos no tienes agua caliente ni tv, tienen una y no funciona

While in a convenient location, you get what you pay for. No windows in the room, musty smell, there was drywall scrapings on our carpet and on the love chair, no hot water and the tv wasn't working. If you have a rental, parking is a block down with no validation ($31 overnight). Hotel did the trick for our 1 night stay and, again, location was great, but we wouldn't stay for a longer period of time. The outside was super nice and decor was cool. There's potential for sure.

I was very sad with the fact that the cable TV was not working. I was never able to use the WIFI and the worst part was the shower head was not working properly, no water pressure and NO HOT WATER to take a shower.

The worst hotel in the whole world. We have been traveling our whole lives but what we experienced in this place is beyond words. First i have no idea how the hotel has 4 stars. After check-in the room was filthy. Not vacuumed , sheets not washed , found hair everywhere. Bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water at all. Outlets didn't work so we couldn't use electricity. We asked for another room, same situation. Then the worst happened....at 7 pm they put. DJ booth in the lobby of the hotel to make it look like a club. Mind you there is only one open floor where the rooms are. So you basically were in your room and you felt like you were at the club listening to the loudest music ever. It was even impossible to talk to each other. The DJ was in the lobby untill midnight then they moved the music to the court yard where they continued until 5 am. It was impossible to get any sleep. Also there is no windows in the room. Still walls are paper thin. The stuff at the desk was not helpful at all. If anything the young blonde lady was rude and disrespectful telling us , it is what it is. Please dont stay at this hotel. This place shouldn't even be on the website.

Family trip at the end of 2023. It's a shame to have to give a bad opinion.. The hotel is a show, but it has closed spaces and services due to lack of staff, clean rooms but without Towel telephones and television in the room without services. Non-comfortable springs. Your answers don't have staff. And the staff of the from desk lack professionalism. It's a shame on such a beautiful and memorable date. .

The price was really good, and the staff were so helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms were not well kept (dirty walls, wallpaper peeling, rug and wall stains). Our TV did not work the entire time and no wifi. The nightlife around the hotel was nice and it was a very lively hotel. If you’re someone who likes to go to bed early, this may not be the hotel for you because music is played late into the night.

Fox hotel is not what you would hope. It looks nice and location is great but the rooms are a diffrent story. Shower soor was broken in the bottom and water would leak into room. No cable. And theres a hang out spot with pool tables just steps away from the rooms so noise is a factor. To enter the hotel theres about 5 to 6 tables in the way so you have to maneuver around the poeple drinking just to wnter the hotel wich was awkward getting in and out. Staff is friendly.

I truly don’t recommend this Hotel
I stay in this hotel 2 nights and by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. This is why, once I come in to the hotel lobby it had no AC, it was hot, the elevator didn’t work i had to drag all my bags to the second floor. No one try to help with the suitcases. It took 20 min to check in. The room was dirty under the chairs I found a old coffee straw, the chairs you can see the stains and dirt. The bedsheets had sone stains, no working phone and no TV, no windows, the mattress are ready to be changed had a dip on one side, the iron damage two of my shirts because the iron had dirt and plastic melt in it, mosquitoes were in the room, the shower water pressure was super low, my wife couldn’t wash her hair because hardly any water was coming out. The music was loud until about 11:00. The Swimming pool was close because damage, no parking. I couldn’t change hotel because I book the reservation through Hotel.com and they would give me a refund. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. They need to fix the issues and them it would be an ok hotel.

The room wasn’t ready, the tv wasn’t connected and they took for ever to (figuring) the issue and at the end we had no tv service. While they said they were going to (called) Direct Tv, I went to the lobby to great my friends, I saw the employees wrapping gifts!!! Instead of doing their job. No water pressure, no hot water, no windows and as we were leaving two employees were standing by the main door, neither offer to help me as I’m trying to hold the door carrying my belongings with my elderly mother. Very disappointed. First and last.
