5/5 Excellent
"Everything was nice."
A verified traveler stayed at Hotel Indigo Chicago-Vernon Hills, an IHG Hotel
"Pros:
The staff was very polite and addressed any issue presented. The food was nice. Pool and weight room were convenient. The location of hotel was convenient to all our traveling needs.
Cons:
The sheets were not clean or appear to be clean. After we asked for a replacement, the next comforter we received had a hole in it. The tall standing mirror in the bedroom was dirty. The walls in the hotel are super thin. You can hear full conversations of people in the hallways and other rooms. "
