"We stayed for one night before flying home. The level has a lounge with tapas, snacks and drinks which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff very helpful. It was a very stylish hotel but still practical. We had a couple of minor problems in the room that if we had discovered them earlier would have been dealt with promptly. We would happily stay here again."

"We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. "The only thing more outstanding than the beautiful property itself was the service! Everyone who worked with us was so accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their service orientation was so impressive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, in a quiet but convenient location, and we loved the rooftop pool area. My friend and I were thrilled as soon as we stepped into the beautiful courtyard entryway, and our stay just got better and better after that.
