"For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal! it's so beautiful and offers incredible views. BE WARNED though, the hotel is located at the verrrrrrrry top of a mountain so bring snacks as there are no shops near by. But we didnt mind that at all. "Good and quick email response with the hotel- prior to our visit, with few queries. Check-in was so easy and particularly, Rebecca a very cheerful young lady behind the desk made a big difference. "Fontsanta Hotel & its property are beautiful. The restaurant is simply amazing & so is the service there (thank you, Fatima). The front desk staff was helpful (especially Carolina). The housekeeping staff was top-notch. Our room could use some touch-ups in terms of paint, but the cleanliness was perfect. The spa area is a pleasant bonus but a tad run down in spots. Can definitely recommend a stay!"

"Overall it was a quite disappointing experience. Very dirty shower and not clean room at all. Some things like AC did not work properly and there was no parking as they claimed.
