I was surprised at check in when I was informed that there would be an additional $20 pet fee. There was no mention of that fee when I made the reservation, just an indicator that the property was pet friendly.

Room stinks of dirty carpet and cigarette smoke. Towels are dingy and yellow. My door wouldn’t lock. They couldn’t fix it at the time so they had to switch my room 2 more times each smelling worse then the one before, I couldn’t breathe. Smell was so strong I got an immediate headache. Anyways let it be a last resort if you need somewhere to sleep for a night or two, spend the extra money for something else. Good luck if you decide to stay there.

Be careful of how you use the water on the property . Had to run my water for minimum 20min so the water will return clear rather than brown . The equipment around the room is old and outdated. The staff is very accommodating on site however, management needs to take further look into renovations.

It’s a dump. The room was dirty, the bed was lumpy and creaky. Even the soap stank. We could hear the upstairs lodger. The bathroom door was hard to close properly and the sofa arms were grimy. Low price, very low quality. Would never go back, would recommend against choosing that hotel unless you’re desperate.

This hotel is very comfortable and easy to access, with a restaurant right in front of it. We were working in Vermont for the weekend and it's only 15 minutes from the ferry which was super convenient for us!

Property was run down Railings on stairs were loose-was afraid I would pull them off. They provided coffee but no cream. When I saw that breakfast was included, I assumed we wouldn’t have to use powdered cream. Wrong. The oj machine dispensed clear water. The one employee never had time to fix it because he appeared to be the only employee on their busiest day of the decade.

Single Night Stay
One night stay in full bed with pull out couch. arrived 1/2 hr before check in time. Front desk checked me in without wait. Very pleasant worker at front desk. Room was clean, and spacious. Continental Breakfast. The only thing that I didn't care for was that the parking area was littered with cigarette butts, and a little trash. Rooms are non smoking. They need to put cans outside for the smokers to use. (I am an occasional smoker. I do not throw butts on ground.). I will book with this Inn on my next stay in the area. Value / Recommended.
