A pousada conta com um anexo que fica do outro lado da rua, longe da recepção. Foi em um desses quartos que fiquei. Ficamos totalmente isolodos, a rede wi-fi não funicona, os móveis são muito antigos, o quarto tem muito cheiro de mofo, meu filho sofreu porque é alérgico. Não tem um telefone no quarto pra comunicar com a recepção. Na madrugada um casal estava brigando, e não tinhamos como contactar a recepção pra pedir ajuda, a mulher gritava muito. Sobre o wi-fi, falei com uma funcionária da recepção e ela foi super ríspida comigo dizendo que ia comunicar a gerência e não me deu nenhum retorno, a TV do quarto também não funcionava. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro juntas e o tempo todo se afastavam, bem desconfortável dormir nelas. O café da manhã estava ok! Pelo valor da diária a pousada deixa muito a desejar...

Aluguei para final de semana, casal. Na chegada; não acharam meu nome e quarto. Depois de muito procurar, a atendente, disse "achei, o senhor foi que reservou pelo Hotel.com". Achei estranha a afirmação e mais estranho não encontrar a reserva com meu nome. Será por ser Hotel.com estava sendo penalizado? Aí, me colocaram num quarto do outro lado da rua (necessário subir escada de ferro, quarto horroso,estava sendo penalizado). Ela disse que estava lotado. Eu disse que no momento da reserva haviam 6 disponíveis, que havia feito algumas recomendações (devido minha alergia crônica ) e que ninguém respondeu nada. Que a reserva era pra casal. Logo queria um quarto normal para um casal. Ela disse que ligaria para alguém. Logo depois, me mostrou um quarto (17). Quarto muito ruim, mas melhor que o outro. Colocaram duas camas solteiro (twin) juntas, escondendo as camas com um lençol casal. Mas,sempre caíamos no espaço das camas. Duas luzes fortíssimas em cima da janela e porta. A porta na fecha no trinco, somente trancando. A internet (wi-fi) é horrível, cai a cada minuto. Queria ver futebol, pedi à recepção para instalar o streaming ou colocar a conta Samsung (eu mesmo faria). O atendente disse que as TVs foram instaladas daquela forma (e que eu colocasse a minha conta e instalasse, terrível essa resposta). Pedi para limpar o quarto, não repuseram os shampoos. Nunca mais fico nesta pousada. Atendimento horroroso. Quem quiser passar pelo que passei é só reservar e , muita boa sorte.

A pousada é muito bem localizada, os funcionários são prestativos, os quartos bem confortáveis e o café da manhã delicioso. Com ctz indico a pousada e voltarei a me hospedar nela.
