Waterfront home on the Little Pigeon River but just half mile from the Parkway. Come hear the birds and enjoy the rocking chairs and private hot tub. Fish for trout even from your deck. We offer a BBQ Grill, Picnic Table and large covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Charming gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and leather furniture. Enjoy Two large king master bedrooms both with their own direct bathroom access. Oversized indoor jetted tub.

Cable, HBO, DVD, Net Flix and board games.

Come see why we fell in love with this home and it's easy half mile distance to the Parkway. Easy drive even with winter snow.

We include linens, towels and starter supplies of bath soap, paper towels, dw soap, dish soap and tp. Just bring your own shampoo and laundry soap if needed.

If the home is booked we have other homes with 2 king suites or larger just half mile from this one.

Very cute house, river view was amazing a little hard to get down to due to the poison ivy, the back deck was the best place to sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee it was so relaxing, hot tub was freshly filled because it was cold when we got there but very nice once warm, beds were super comfortable, we had so much fun playing the pinball game, Grubhub and DoorDash had no issues finding us for those nights in, swing below could use a cushion as we wanted to sit there for hours just enjoying the river, overall it was very nice and we had a great time thank you for allowing us to stay in your home

Amy's Waterfront Blessing was the perfect place for us as we were in town for my niece's wedding. Only a few minutes from town and the wedding venue, and yet quiet. If we didn't know better, we would've thought we were miles from town. For me, the best part was sitting on the deck with the river below. Lots of nature to observe! Also a great place for pets!

Wonderful house on the river!
Wonderful location! Very convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the quiet little neighborhood. The river was beautiful, and our son really enjoyed being able to walk right out and fish. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, and would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway!
I wish we had more time to stay. We enjoyed the neighborhood and walking our dog. The swing in the carport area was definitely my favorite spot. The post is accurate in the description and what is available. And the location to any tourist stops is very close but it is quieter than near the main road. I would consider staying again if we travel to the area again.

2 person hot tub is hot and private. Dark towels provided to remove makeup. The swing in the carport will comfortably hold 500 lbs. Fireplace easy to operate. 26 minute washer setting- detergent provided. Beautiful wood floors throughout, bring warm socks/slippers. Book this place!

A Short but Pleasant Visit
This was our second visit to Amy’s Waterfront Blessing and it was as clean and pleasant as before. The location is great and the quietness of the neighborhood made the visit relaxing. Also great area for walking our dog especially when the geese were around and she was just mesmerized. A comfortable, extremely clean home. Thank you!

This home is adorable! Very clean, two masters with king beds, new washer/dryer, all things you could possibly need in kitchen, great comfy furniture in living room, and covered carport area under home that is great for outside games like cornhole and spikeball. Right on the creek and beautiful outside seating area. Super close to the main streets but very quiet neighborhood! Don't hesitate to book!

We arrived to find the steps going up to the home covered in ice so my husband had to break it off before we could go up to the front door. Once we got in there was NO water. It is understandable since there had been bad weather but a huge disappointment that the home was not checked out prior to our check in since we drove 5 hours to get there. We were offered a place in Sevierville which was not where we wanted to be on our anniversary. Huge Disappointment after long drive!

We loved this property! Yes it’s in a small neighborhood, but the way it is situated it is still plenty private. Super clean as well! The hot tub was squeaky clean and it was a great spot to take in the view of the river. This place is now on our short list of places to stay in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area. Family Christmas & New Year Vacation 2023/2024
I have been coming to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg since I was 18 yrs old & I’m now 63. By far, this is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. It is a beautiful cabin on the river, very clean, great beds, full kitchen & beautifully decorated throughout. There was also a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room & fresh flowers on the bar when we arrived. I hope to be back in the spring & I will stay here anytime it’s available when I’m vacationing there. The hosts were wonderful as well.
