This is our most favorite place to stay in Phoenix. It’s really a palace and smells amazing and staff and housekeeping are wonderful! Love it here and we will continue to come back every year!

Beds were terrible . Mattresses were old and worn out , so uncomfortable. Room was barely clean . Very dusty and just didn’t feel great . The luggage carts were all locked up , issues with digital key not working , elevator didn’t work when we were checking out . The main pool with the river , they apparently let non guests pay to enter so it got extremely over crowded , kids pushing and splashing thru the lazy river , no where to lay, all the staff at the pool area were teenagers , so Customer service was poor . When you pull out of the hotel , it’s homeless people everywhere . Definitely not a place I would boom again . My back is killing me from the beds : (

Great places to stay for a weekend visit! Essentially located in Phoenix and easy to get to major event activities. The waterpark was fun for the whole family!

Property was leaking in the living room they never explained the cause but the furniture was getting and the floor carpet was wet and dirty.

I do wish there was more dining options on the property because the Hole in the Wall is terrible. We loved being able to walk over to the water park every day.

A fantastic vacation. Four nights in North Agave in May. Loved the smaller pool at North. It was very chill and quiet. River Ranch was fun. Not too many kids in May. Food choices were few. $16 for a plain hotdog! Local restaurants were great, especially Different Pointe of View at Hilton Tapatio. Decadent, beautiful. Best service, wonderful food, romantic. We were advised of sports jacket dress code but saw shorts and tshirts. The people that work at Hilton Squaw were fantastic. Plenty of water, coffee, and we requested a microwave which was delivered pronto. Our suite was very large, clean, comfy bed. Grounds are beautiful and pool areas had plenty of umbrellas and chairs.

Our room definitely needed an upgrade, tub had rust spots, tub spout was really loose, as the pull lever, the door that was supposed to cover fridge was gone and bottom of fridge cabinet was damaged so was not level,

We wanted a “relaxing” vacation where we could sit poolside with our books and drinks. This resort was perfect for that. We enjoyed the spa and all the sun we got to soak up. Truly hope I can come back with the kids in the near future.

It looked much better online. Restaurants, pools bars were not open. There wasnt anything worth the extra money for being in a resort except for the lazy river. I would recomend others to pick a diffefent resort.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the water park. Would highly recommend for the price. Great food at the Hole in the Wall restaurant as well. Food was a bit expensive though.

We upgraded the room because it advertised robes, yet they were out of inventory when we asked. The towels didn’t match, there were no glasses provided in the room, and the water pressure was less than ideal. The Pantones of the carpet were brown and yellow, and the mini refrigerator was looking as if it was purchased off of OfferUp and put into the most convenient space in the room. If I had extra money to invest, I’d renovate the showers and carpets for more modern look which would then in turn charge more per night for a “resort “.

The pool & lazy river are really good , our kids had an amazing time there . Food at restaurant was delicious. Staff from all over the hotel were really friendly and helpful when we need it help .

Loud. Terrible mattress past its prime. Charged for premium water but was only brought some cheap off brand water. As far as hiltons go this has to be one of the few that aren't so great.

Beautiful property! I was there with my family for graduation! The staff was friendly and courteous! We called and asked for extra towels and blankets, staff was always courteous and prompt with service! We enjoyed the water park, lazy river, and the pools! We will definitely be back again!!

I enjoyed the facility very much. I would like more food options within the resort. It would be great if the Starbucks in the resort had more food to offer. The room we stayed in needs to upgrade the bathroom especially the shower/tub. Last year the room we got was better and updated. The employees are great i really appreciate how welcomed we feel there and not afraid to ask any questions. Thank you for a great weekend stay. I thought it was a great idea to have a full bath and a half that helped out very much it is brilliant. Overall it is great but updating the rooms would be wonderful and the fee that we get charged daily is crazy because i would think i already payed everything when I reseved the room and then an additional fee to stay at the resort? I didn't appreciate that because it's obvious that i am using the pool and other facilities in the resort if i am staying there why charge daily on too of the expensive fee to stay there.

For 2 days our door lock wasent working we called service for 3 times so the 2nd day they finally fixed it .room was dirty and one of the jacuzzi didnt even work .not worth the price

The hotel room was ok. It was spacious and clean but dated. The couch smelled like feet. Our door handle and lock was not working properly and had to be replaced while we were there. The staff was friendly, but it sucked to sit there for an hour waiting for it to be replaced. The hole in the wall restaurant was not good. The salsa was not hot at all and tasted like it came out of a can. The pizza was so gross, my husband who eats anything, spit it out. The staff there were friendly though. The pools and golf were fun.

We love this place! I was here last year with my dad and my younger sister to celebrate her birthday. My sister loved it so much we came here again!! My sister is 53 years old and has down syndrome. She loves the waterslide, lazy river and mini golf! So many fun things to do without having to leave the premise. I especially want to mention that the staff are all very friendly and helpful specifically PATTY WASHINGTON. My sister requires some assistance; Patty gave us connecting rooms that were close to the pools. She also let my sister choose 2 gifts from the gift shop (as a bday gift) which she personally signed for. Patty was so kind and very understanding of my sister's specific needs. Having connecting rooms made our vacation experience so much better and easier. Thank you to Patty and all the staff for your kindness and generosity that made our trip a fun and memorable one! See you again next April 2025!!
