We had an overnight delay and needed a place to stay that was both convenient and enjoyable. Crowne Plaza was everything we were looking for and even provided free airport shuttle!! The staff was so friendly and the dining options were great. Every area and even our rooms were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Don’t hesitate to stay here for an affordable and enjoyable night!

I can't say anything bad about this hotel. It provided the overnight comfort I needed while waiting for tomorrow's plane. I wasn't here to tour the city or anything important. The people were nice. They had a grab and go. There is a restaurant looks like it serves "nice" meals. You can easily walk to several other take out options. The view from the 7th floor facing west. Nice sunset.

Run down esp compared to Crowne Plazas in other countries. It obviously was very nice at some point. Reinvest instead of paying CEOs exorbitant salaries etc...

This was super convenient for me. I fly to Arizona a couple times a year. My mom lives in Payson. I have family and Misa flying out early in the morning makes a long drive from Payson and this hotel was super convenient. The outside is unsafe to walk around in though, but fortunately I didn’t have to go anywhere, the shuttle was awesome. The front desk staff was pretty cool too.

A terrible hotel. The rooms are old and smelly. They gave us a worst possible room with the view to the noisy AC vents. I had to leave and book another hotel. Avoid.

Lisa at the front desk really calmed us down making things easy with no reservations for our rooms, after missing our layover flight. We came in stressed but she put us at ease, she was very polite and helpful.

Hotel is in a sketchy area. Hallway smelled musty, like wet carpet. There was a pinkish stain where the toilet tank met the toilet and there was a stray sock under the bed. The comforter had stains on it.

This hotel is in good proximity to the airport. Was not a fan of the food. Checked in late and got the overpriced chicken quesadilla and it was inedible. The AC was incredibly noisy and the only positive thing I can say is that the pillows were perfect. Will not be staying there again.

I stayed here a few times and also this time it's been a great experience. The staff is very helpful and the connection via the sky train to the airport is phenomenal. Both Hotel Restaurants are good, too.

Overall it was a decent stay. My room was on the 2nd floor and provided a place to lay my head at night. The chair in my room had some questionable staining on it and the sink had an extremely slow draining issue. I am not sure what was above me but every morning it sounded like bags of rocks were being dragged across the floor. Also, the blackout curtains were just the tiniest bit small which left a gap for that bright Arizona sun to creep through.

Pretty old rooms. Strangley low bathroom vanity. Someone put some tissues under bath vent case i assume to stop rattling. TV never worked. Cable box issue. Were not really in room long enough to watch, but still annoying
