From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was large and very comfortable, There were lots of lovely touches like the welcome scones, real coffee and cafetieres - all the things that make a room feel welcoming and homely. The hotel is well located facing the South Inch parkland and is in easy walking distance of the city centre and the station - and it has parking if you need it. Rooms were wonderfully comfortable and well decorated. The host, David, provided great service and prepared wonderful breakfasts. The most perfectly curated space with no detail overlooked resulting in a quintessential English B&B experience. The house and rooms were impeccably clean. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Location perfect, cleanliness first rate, marvellous beds and shower. Breakfast delicious and very welcoming hosts. So many extras as a courtesy and so many interesting items on display, it was an absolute delight. This must be the best place to stay in Perth and surrounding area.
