The room was great, beds very comfortable, and I liked that I could purchase some drinks and snacks available at the front desk and we could charge them to our room while we were checking in. Very convenient, so we could check in and go straight to our room and relax!

We had a medical emergency while there. The staff were professional and helpful. They followed up to see how things were at to make our stay comfortable. The pool was cool but fun! Breakfast was plentiful.

This is a great property to. Stafff was great. The breakfast was done well with several options. The lobby is very nice and inviting. We only stayed one night as we just pulled off the highway from a day of driving. The room was clean, well done, the bed was comfortable and the Tv was good.

The room was clean, a little small, but clean. When I first arrived, I waited at the desk for quite some time for someone to help me. There was a Tru employee outside smoking & cigarette & saw me, yet proceeded to smoke his cigarette. He might’ve been on a break, but he should go somewhere w/o the Tru logo on so it doesn’t look like you’re being ignored. They put me next to an incredibly drunk guy who could barely walk. As a young woman traveling alone, I didn’t necessarily love this & it seemed unsafe. The walls were paper thin & I could hear everything going on.
