All was great. Spacious room, well kept and serviced. The property is beautifully landscaped so even if you are staying for work purposes, you feel like you are away. The pool is right beside the dining room so an after work swim is out of the question if you don’t want to be on display for the diners.

Property and staff were amazing. A little noisy in the mornings due to the scooter traffic, but that is inherent to the island for sure. Beutiful place and wonderful experience. Would recommend to others as well. -Thanks

Staff is very attentive to the needs of their guests! Transportation at no cost is provided to the Ferry and downtown area from the hotel. It was an easy walk back to the hotel from downtown and to the ferry.

Lovely hotel with fabulous gardens. We had a huge room with a kitchen alcove and a large patio. The breakfast was large and high quality, the public rooms very pretty and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and we shall certainly go back.

The hotel is in a very quiet neighbourhood yet just a 10 minute walk to the waterfront in Hamilton. The staff are outstanding, very customer focused. I was impressed that they proactively offered to make dining reservations as we were travelling over New Year's. The evening wine hour was a really nice touch and let you meet other guests. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Every piece of this property is thoughtfully chosen and nourished with love. The staff welcomes you as you were their close family member that they couldn’t wait to see. Bali, Jade, Sonia, Muriel… and all other staff members left us in awe with their warmth and professionalism. This was our first visit but we promised to come back. Our only Bermuda hotel choice ever will be the Royal Palms. If you are someone that prefers quality over quantity, it is your place to be also. The hotel cleanliness, amenities, and location convenience will just add to your happy experience with the hotel staff and the island itself.

This was a lovely boutique hotel with beautiful grounds…gorgeous landscaping with well lit pathways throughout. I stayed in a standard room and my parents stayed in a suite, both of which were clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for our needs. Beds were on the firmer side but comfy, pillows very comfortable. Quiet at night. Breakfast was available every am in the garden sunroom/veranda (?) that was open to outside air, slight breeze but could be a little warm so dress appropriately. Had a very island feel which I thought was perfect. Coffee machine with lots of selections, fresh fruit, variety of breads to toast, yogurt, granola, pastries/muffins, hard boiled eggs, and a different hot item each day (scrambled eggs or egg/cheese/ham sandwich,…). There is a restaurant onsite which looked amazing but we did not try as we had little ones and it was more of an “adult” venue. The bar was very nice and a great place to sit for a cocktail. A 10 minute walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants. They do have a hotel van which they offered to drive us short distances for free (we just gave a tip). The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating to make sure every guest has a pleasant stay. I looked forward to seeing Prisana’s smile everyday :) Overall, an excellent place to stay when in Bermuda, highly recommend.

The continental breakfast was great, the wine hour was a great surprize, the newly renovated dining room/ restaurant was delicious. The staff were perfect and the gardens and wildlife are very special.
