This property has just what you need for your stay while visiting Pawhuska. 4 guests can sleep comfortably with this 2 bedroom, one bathroom Duplex. Each bedroom now has been upgraded and has a Queen sized bed. There is a full well stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, if you wish to dine in and if you want to dine out you have easy access to the main roads of Pawhuska. You can sit back and relax in the living room and watch cable TV or if you would rather surf the net it is WIFI equipped. A washer and dryer are in this unit for your convenience. This is a non smoking unit and no pets are allowed. No checks or Money Orders accepted. Book through VRBO process. If you are looking for a place close to Mercantile Or you are just passing through, this is it. The host Mark was fantastic in his communication with me, he was prompt. The house was not only cost effective but very CLEAN and accommodating. It is a duplex, the neighbors are very kind and quiet. I cannot express enough on how satisfied we were.

Clean and comfortable. Although the lock box was a little hard to get into at first, we managed to figure it out. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. Great communication with the owner prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

Great location!! Not far from the Pioneer woman’s Mercantile or from the state park. Two options for coffee were available. Whole pot or by the cup. No funky smells!!! The house was Clean had comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure with HOT water!!

Ideal Accommodation
So glad we chose this particular accommodation. It was ideal, so close to the town centre, a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Mercantile. Accommodation was spotless, had everything you could want. Very comfortable, beds in particular. Very quiet neighbourhood. We liked having garden chairs and little table, it was nice sitting out after a busy day. Excellent accommodation, wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

We had an issue with bed bugs in the far bedroom. Property owner was prompt with response, very remorseful and reimbursed our stay. Overall, minus the bed bugs, the unit was a good choice and a good location. Property owner was very nice and accommodating.

This was a very nice, cozy home for our mother/daughter trip. The owner answered all my questions and left good advice for visiting. The neighborhood was quiet; there was actually a doe in the next yard eating grass, unbothered by us being there. The town was very charming, and there are more revitalizing efforts going on downtown, it seems. Although our trip was cut short, we enjoyed the time there and will hopefully return. I would definitely stay in this home again.
