"We had so much fun at this property. It is really a great place for kids. The owners were so nice and were allowing my daughter to go around and help with chores because she really enjoys animals and helping out. We all love animals so it was really nice to have a lot of friendly dogs and cats around the property as well as being able to spend time with the goats and just watching the chickens and turkeys around. Also loved the pig! Very comfortable home as well. If we ever end up in the area...

"Perfectly peaceful place to just get away for a couple of days! House was perfectly cozy for the 2 of us. Mary was so easy to work with! Her store in town is adorable and coffee was delicious! The town of Sedan was perfectly quaint but we were able to figure out everything we needed. Went nature exploring and were able to see the properties waterfall and even some buffalo! The distillery tour in town was interesting as well. Would definitely gladly stay again if back in the area! Thank you! 😃"

"Great Labor Day vacation with 3 generations. We caught tons of Fish, loved the seclusion and had an excellent dinner in town at Hiltop. BRING your own bait/tackle! There was very little found in town. Before we left the grown up kids were asking if we could come back because they loved the place so much! Thank you!"

"Excellent location for a Pioneer Woman Weekend Loved having the extra towels and bathroom amenities. Plenty of space for a group of 6. Could use more seating in the den/living room/ dining room area, plenty of space. Mattresses sufficient for a short stay. "

"This was a great stay! The house is spacious and wonderful! My parents and I agreed that the beds were all too soft for us. Besides the bed, the living room furniture was very worn and not very comfy. That being said, we would still definitely stay here again!"
