Staff members were excellent, always very attentive and respectful. The resort itself has so many places where one can spend relaxing times in the lap of nature. The complementary breakfast and cocktail hour at the Club Pakarang were itself worth the price paid for the room! Breakfast was not good and there were not many choices. Our room was on a high hill, every time we needed to go to the lobby or to have breakfast or go out, we had to call lobby to wait for a hotel car come to pick us up, sometimes we had to wait nearly 15 minutes, it was very inconvenient, the room was clean and the staff was friendly , we will not return to this hotel.

Amari is conveniently located away from Patong Beach and its nightlife. If you want to enjoy the beach, shopping and nightflife, a tuk tuk will take you there quickly, but it is great to be able to return to the hotel after a busy day or a crazy to unwind. This was not my first stay at this resort and I decided to return because of my positive past experiences.
