"Very good price and nice property. Excellent check in progress. Very convenient to food and massage and tops store. Very quiet environment. Very helpful staff. Walkable to Patong beach. Some improvement needed on lights needed for jaz pool. Bath tub no water and tv in the room not working. Swimming pool some lights need to be repair. Overall, very satisfied with the property stay. Keep it up ! "

"We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny. "

"They said they provide a ride from up hill hotel down the hill to the entrance, but most of the time it was hard to find anyone to help and we had to walk all the way down and up. Room service took 1 hour due to lack of staffs. Breakfast was also poor. "

"Our stay here was great! Tanny was attentive and a super helpful house manager. Our drivers were awesome and accommodating. The neighborhood is so beautiful! The walk from the villa is challenging, but so worth it and added to the adventure! The pizza place at the top is delicious and the mart up the block is fantastic and they have an ATM. "Pros: Stunning view. You can see the bay and the town from a distance from all of the room and the roof top. Roof top have lots of space incase you want to dry your laundry. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Both of the bedroom have their own bathroom. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Cons: Location, it is a bit far from town of Patong. It costs roughly 3000 - 4000 bahts to travel to town. It is also far from any beach. There is no direct way to get to the beach and it is not walkable...

"We loved our stay at the Kalim Beach Villa! Meals were fantastic and the staff really went the extra mile to decorate for my husband's birthday and even baked a cake. "地點雖離芭東不遠，但都稍為偏遠，不能步行前往。出入要叫車/自駕（大斜路，人多坐篤篤不夠力上） 地方大，有五間房（每間房都有洗手間），泳池清潔度可以接受，有包早餐。 第一天到埗時房東說可以代向餐廳外賣訂餐，但訂餐後三小時都沒送到，期間曾查詢獲回覆「on the way」 但最後也是沒送到來，並再三查問後才發現原來該店是日休息，這樣一開始印象分真的扣了很多。 有一天房間所有水喉都沒有水，不過向房東求助後，十分鐘內很快就得到協助，沒有不良感覺。 行程前預先向房東預訂一晚BBQ晚餐，食物很好，份量很充足，這樣確實是挽回不小分數。 總結：價錢不算貴，設施及服務算是達到合理水平，但合理地亦有改善空間，一試無妨。"

"The place is beautiful. The rooms are very grand, the pool area is great and the views breathtaking. The staff were lovely. They took care of all our needs. I took my family of 8 to Phuket for two weeks and we all loved it. The only draw back is that to get to the road there is a steep climb. However,whenever Bier was around, he would take us up to the top in his truck. Otherwise I would highly recommend this holiday villa."
