"Clean, classy, convenient, professional "

"Area seemed safe and hotel room was quiet. Easy and convenient parking. When we first arrived, there was a power problem in our room caused by a tripped GFI breaker. Staff responded quickly and fixed. Bathroom was small but room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Would not recommend for 3 people but it worked for us during our short 2 night stay."

"Hidden "property resort fee" each night - be aware. Added fees are about 14/night. Room had broken balcony light and vanity light, not a huge deal - and they took off $40 (which made up for the hidden fees). Mariellie was nice. Corner room had a cool balcony. Bathrooms have zero privacy, just be aware if traveling with a guest - I traveled alone so no big deal. The toilet had a bidet, pretty cool too. Hot water was HOT - which is great - but be careful. "

"This is mine and my family’s second time staying bay this property. It is great staying here. The sat is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Love that it is in a great area with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. When there isn’t a concert or something major going on it can be an affordable property to stay at. I will continue to book this property when visiting my son in Pasadena."

"Great stay for a weekend trip. Everything worked well in the room. Only issue was the door gets stuck, but we were strong enough to open it without assistance. "

"Soda and water machine not in good working condition, food store at lobby not accessible. If you need water or snacks you would have to drive three blocks to the nearest store. pool area not working, building is a bit run down but good for the price. Area is safe. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and available. ‘Deluxe’ rooms face Colorado Blvd so they are an excellent option during Rose Parade"
