"We enjoyed our week in L'isle sur Sorgue. The apartment is located perfectly. The kitchen allowed us to cook items from the markets. Ben's boulangerie was our first stop each day. L'isle sur Sorgue was the base for our daytrips around Provence and it worked well. Owners Claudia and Bruno were very nice and helpful but never intrusive. Parking can be a challenge but we always found a spot and it was free."

"A group of 6 shared the villa for 6 weeks as a base for the Rugby World Cup games in southern France. The villa fulfilled all our needs. Clean, tidy, spacious with all the amenities you need. Rooms were great, outside spaces and pool were superb. I agree with all other excellent reviews. Boulangerie down the road and the town is excellent. Corinne and Marie Charlotte were excellent hosts, leaving us to ourselves but very helpful and accommodating when needed. Excellent villa in all ways and thoroughly recommend."

"We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We took advantage of the bar area before going out to dinner. The staff was very helpful with dining ideas as well as helping us get coffee in the morning. The parking was free in a public lot close to the hotel."

"Spacious classic Provence farmhouse ideally located literally minutes from the beautiful town of L'isle-Sur-La-Sorgue. Just a short drive across the spectacular countryside to the numerous other picturesque Luberon villages. We spent virtually all of our evenings sitting by the pool, watching the brilliant stars appear as the sun set. Many potential gathering site options, inside and out. The two friendly horses in the owner's stable right next to the home added to the serene setting. The hosts, JP and Zoupette, were friendly and very gracious."

"Ines and Miguel are very pleasant but my French is limited so there wasn't much communication. The basics are all there but quite minimal. Seating is not comfortable because the couch and chair are old and worn. The house is surrounded by overhanging trees and because of the wet weather, mosquitoes were a big problem so we couldn't sit or eat outside. But it is very quiet and there is lots of birdsong. We had a massive thunderstorm which flooded the drive but the stench of the sewage was completely overwhelming for 24 hours afterwards coming up through the drain in the sink and shower. Ines and Miguel were sympathetic but said there was nothing could be done other than to use toilet freshener. It was so terrible we considered going to a hotel. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the swimming. The house is a 15 min walk from the nearest cafe and boulangerie if you don't want to drive but it is much further into L'Isle Sur La Sorgue. On the fridge there is a cleaning price list in French - which wasn't brought to our attention when we arrived. As we brought our own bedding etc. and were cleaning up before we vacated, we were surprised to be asked only minutes before we left, for 60 euros for a non-negotiable cleaning fee. If we had known this in advance, I would not have spent my time cleaning up so at that point I stopped and left it as it was - and we would not have had to scrabble to get together enough euros. In future, please tell guests in advance."
