We have nevertheless clearly indicated on our Expedia group page that we are in the process of renovating the rooms and the elevator. We do everything we can to minimize the impact of renovations on our customers and continually improve our services.The situation with ants in your bathroom is unacceptable and we sincerely regret that this disrupted your stay. We have taken immediate action to resolve this issue and strengthen our cleaning and maintenance protocols to prevent this from happening again. Our service checked your room and they found a single ant in the bathroom.You continued your stay in another room on the fifth floor, in turn it was checked before and nothing in it.The trash bags on the stairs are there during room cleaning during the day, and in the afternoon before check-in we take them down to the basement in the large trash bin. Once again, we offer our most sincere apologies.

Dear Madame,We are very sorry for the renovation of some rooms in the hotel during day time from 10h30 AM till 18h00 PM.The lift is also under constraction and renovation.We have staff in the hotel to help with luggages.We are renovating the lobby also, guest can checkin and checkout from bar side, they don't pass from the reception lobby.We are sending message for guest when they book.this renovation conditions will be finished soon, and hope it will help us to improve our services.Best regards
