The check in process was good and rooms were good and clean also. staff was friendly and helpful! The pool however was closed and the breakfast was okay. The attendant was having a hard time keeping it stocked. It was a busy holiday weekend though too. Overall our stay was good! would definitely stay again especially for the price!

It was a nice hotel, clean, felt safe. Had a great view of the sunset. Area was pretty quiet. Bed was fine as was the room. Not a whole lot to do in parachute. It was a place to sleep. Not far from the highway. Parking was easy. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine.

The property was clean and the staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately the 2 reasons we picked this hotel pool and breakfast were lacking. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was really frustrating as we planned to be outside all day and wanted to be able to unwind and cool off in the pool. We also wanted to eat breakfast before our day began and the breakfast was disappointing. Make it yourself waffles, cereal and pre-packaged honey buns. We also reserved 2 rooms and they were on separate floors at opposite ends of their respective floors.

Hotel was a good stopping point between Moab and Denver. Hot tub and Pool were closed for repairs. Rooms only have showers. We ordered dinner from Domino's connected to the gas station next door. Prices for items not listed at convenient store in the gas station which was very strange. Hotel was clean and the included breakfast was good but minimal.

The front desk was nice enough to take my calls about checking in late. Someone was at the desk (you just had to ring a bell) when we arrived past 3am. He just handed me the key but didn’t tell us anything about breakfast times so it was packed up and gone when I came down in the morning which was disappointing. There were also no USBs in the room which was inconvenient. It had a very nice bathroom and the mattresses were just okay.
