"I thought I had booked an apartment in the suburbs and found myself in a beautiful house in a calm rurban setting. The house is clean, fresh and well-equipped. The beds look old but very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities such as salt, oil, and coffee filters. We were welcomed by a bottle of red and typical Mallorquin biscuits. The village of Son Sardina is nearby with grocery stoors and bakery."

"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

"This place is a bit of a walk from the main tourist area of Palma but it was very clean and the pool was lovely after hot days of sightseeing. Taxi's are hard to come by in this area so be prepared to either walk a bit to find one or call one specifically."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The property is close to a lovely promenade, all amenities nearby and good bus connections to Palma. The property is ample for 2 people with the added bonuses of 2 bathrooms and outside dining area."

"Our party of 4 enjoyed a four night stay in this very nice apartment which is convenient for the city centre and the Santa Catalina area which has a nice market and plenty of bars and restaurants. Pedro was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful to any requests we made. If we return to Palma then we would be happy to stay here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria in Sant Jordi. The house is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool is excellent, and was well used during our stay. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, which was very welcome in the August heat. There is a lovely large room in the garden, with barbecue, fridge and freezer and once again air conditioning. Our hosts Maria and Nuria were extremely helpful and welcoming. The village has 3 supermarkets and a bakery which met all our needs....

"Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge. Balbina was a very helpful host."

"The property is great, lovely gardens and pool. Some of the fittings are a bit dated eg dishwasher, bathrooms but overall just fine. We chose the villa for it's location - it's just about 15 mins by car for everywhere we needed. Our daughter got married whist we were away and it was ideal for the venue, Palma city and close to where friends and family were all staying. It was a little too close to the airport though and quite noisy at times (also depended on the wind direction) It didn't stop us...

"Pleasantly surprised by this town house only 1 minute walk to the beach and many nice pizzerias and restaurants in short walking distance from the house. Palma is easily exceeded by bus/taxi right outside the house. The house is situated on the main road but not on street level, however the passing traffic may be a source of noice. There is no aircondition but ceiling fans in most rooms. Large outside area and an outside shower! The local beach of Cala mayor is very nice and not to crowded...

"Nice quiet hotel but with access a very short walk away to supermarkets restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and the pool area was spotless. Pool was lovely. Bar was dead. We never even saw anyone in there. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Pool towels available for 5 euros and a refundable deposit. We wanted to cook a few meals but there wasn’t even a colander or a small paring knife. The fridge had a door shelf missing and no door on the freezer. We managed. Minor...
