Loved the boutique hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool area was very small, so we didn't use. Restaurant was great, but needed more attentive staff on the busy weekend nights

Excellent overall BUT - the hotel Wi-fi is unsecured, with no password needed for access. This makes using the system potentially dangerous. I therefore did not sign unto the hotel W-fi.

Walls were paper thin so it’s easy to wake up from neighbors performing normal activities at night. Hotel was “too crowded” and unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Pool is underwhelming and not meant for swimming. Beach is a 10-minute walk or car ride away. Staff was friendly but inflexible, overall.

I celebrated my birthday there. I was in the mood for a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner one night, for room service, simple as that… they wouldn’t budge, saying the menu did not include such item 😔

We had an excellent 3 day stay at WEPB with our 5 year old daughter! The staff is exceptional. We truly appreciated the attention to detail! They also made our little girl feel so special. We will definitely be back!!

From the moment we pulled up to the valet, the staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very well laid out with double sinks and a private water closet… rare even in many fine hotels. The wonderful patio was perfect for relaxing. Lola 41, the main restaurant and bar was excellent. This hotel is a gem and we’ll be back again soon!

Place is newer, very clean, quiet and a convenient location near all Palm Beach has to offer. Only complaint is the state of the art lighting. Could not figure out how to turn off the motion and it came on every time I got up in the middle of the night.

The hotel has complimentary car service within a 2 mile radius. Everything about the White Elephant was absolutely perfect. It's our favorite hotel in Palm Beach.
