The staff and hotel were steller. We loved our room and the responsiveness and kindness of staff. We did have to walk two blocks for our pups to have "green space" to go potty. A quickly-accessible green space outside (to avoid walking two blocks in downtown Memphis at 12:30 a.m. is the only thing I would change, but frankly, this wouldn't deter us from staying at Indigo again, as we like the hotel and staff so much - particularly Valencia (sp?), who helped us check in, the gentleman who helped us turn the lights under our bed off, and all the staff who greeted us, and our pups, coming and going).

Jun 29, 2019We visited after a torrential downpour and the normal peaceful creek running through the park had become a raging, powerful current. Parts of the park were under water and the trails had turned into waterfalls.Rather than being disappointed, we found the storm's impact to be memorable, especially the swim-up picnic tables.

May 27, 2019Went to the Whitaker Point Trail and the Hawksbill Crag. The walk was relatively easy and short, only 3 miles round trip.
