"This was a quaint place to stay in the Byward Market area of Ottawa. Walking distance (10-15 min) from the Shaw Centre for our conference, and just a few blocks from the Champagne fitness center which has a full-length 25 yard pool. The room was well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates and utensils as well as table/desk, and had a private balcony as well. "I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."

The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff!
