The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were even able to accommodate us to check in early. The only issue we has was at the pool, but that was not a big deal, i chaulk it up to a language barrier. Overall the hotel was fantastic. We did not see a lot of places to eat arpund the hotel but got room service and the food was delicious.

The hotel cleanliness, the staff, the amenities, everything is exceptional. They even note down your preference from other locations when it comes to beverages, etc. I would love to shoutout the man who checked me in, I forgot his name, but he ensured I had an amazing stay. I will definitely be returning

The property was just like the photos. We had booked club access and the service was very good in the lounge. The breakfast was also very delicious with great service.
