The hotel only had one of the two reservations. I ordered two room & there was only one. Hotel told me to get a hold of Expedia to figure it out. I have an 80 year old women, who was in a vehicles driving over 4 hours. I was suck. Ended up paying for an other room at the hotel counter. Tried Expedia app & it was mo help. I'm out $113 for a room that never made it through the Expedia online reservation to EverSpring reservation system.

Check in was easy, the desk personnel were very professional, friendly, and helpful in answering all my questions. The only issue that kept me from giving the Inn a five star rating was the outlets in the room. All the outlets I tried were extremely worn that anything I plugged in to them wouldn't stay. The outlets are way overdue for replacement. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next trip.

After we checked in, we went to our room and found that it had not been cleaned after the previous guests - bed unmade, soiled sheets, used towels on bathroom floor, countertops cluttered with food containers, used kleenex tissues on the floor, unvacuumed carpet. Very disappointed. After complaining, we were able to get another room.

Carpets in hallways had not been vacuumed in a while. In my room there was a phone with no cord for the headset and no cord to plug into phone outlet. There were no cups in my room or "do not disturb sign". Staff that was there were very friendly.
