I’m impressed by service of staff. I’d booking Non smoking room which in the room have a smell of cigarette. Hotel staff offer to change the room immediately. Most if staff are friendly and have a service mind to assist you. The location also very convenient. Just above the subway station and can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street.

Amazing hotel! It’s in a great location near many shops and restaurants, plus there’s a subway station right under the hotel lobby which was super convenient!
