Ormond-by-the-Sea offers you a beautiful, natural beach in a laid back and uncrowded surf town. Relax and enjoy our million dollar view!

You will stay comfortably in our 2 bedroom 2nd floor 'Beach House'. Whether you are visiting for work or play, your condo will have everything you could need in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

You will stay across the street from the beach and within half a mile of several parks and walking trails. Youwill enjoy a "get in touch with nature" relaxing vacation spot. You will have one TV and a strong Wi-fi signal for options to connect your personal devices.

Your outdoor pool is open year-round and the beach is across the street. You will have beach chairs and towels, a beach cart, a cooler, and pool toys - just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen!

If you're active, nearby is a tennis center, 2 state parks with hiking, miles of nature trails and the Halifax River, kayak rentals, year-round surfing, bike paths along A1A, and golf courses.

You can choose from the pool view bedroom or the bedroom with your beach view from the window, with queen beds and new matresses in both bedrooms. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides a third sleeping option.

Relax on the comfortable furnishings and easy care LVP floors. 5G Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit so you can work with an ocean view and connect all your devices.

You will want to enjoy peaceful rest and be encouraged to get out and enjoy nature!

Your kitchen is made for cooking with full sized appliances - microwave, oven with a glass stovetop, diswasher, stainless 20 cubic-foot refrigerator, and countertop icemaker. You're well prepared to make and serve meals with dishes and flatware, glasses and wine glasses for 4, a 12-piece cookware set, and bakeware. Small appliances include a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, and a blender.

Bed and bath linens, paper towels, and toilet tissue are provided for the number of reserved guests (1 set of towels and 1 toilet roll per person per stay). You'll also have cleaning products and dishwasher pods.

Your full-size bathroom features a shower-tub combination. A 1500-watt hair dryer is provided.

You'll have a 50" 4K Amazon Fire TV with basic cable services (you can log in to your streaming services), an assortment of board games, and a collection of books.

Your condo is on the second story, there are 2 different sets of stairs. The building has no elevator or ramps.

Perfect whether you are on vacation, a student, working remotely from Paradise, or relocating. Our complex is snowbird friendly!

Very Cute Unit
We absolutely loved our unit. It was comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately for us. We found the stairs to the second floor tough. I travel with my 79 year old mother and its hard to carry all of our stuff up the narrow stairs. The pool was very cold, so we couldn't swim and there was only one lounger. My Mom spent most of her time in the unit. It is well equipped and decorated so cute. Any of the issues we had were NOT with the unit. The view from the living room is great! If there was an elevator and.few more loungers we would definitely be back!

Great quiet place to stay near the beach
My family loved staying here and exploring the area. We enjoyed the pool and the beach across the street. Very relaxing to hear the ocean, see a great sunrise, and see dolphins jumping in the wavea one morning. We would love to be back again!! Thank you!!

It’s a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from the beach ( there are no homes on the beach here ) .. 25 mins your in Daytona .. or 15 mins and your in the town of Ormand Beach or Flagler beach where there is plenty of local restaurants shops parks and bars.

When we arrived we weren’t positive we were in the right location as the door didn’t have a letter on it, just a number. The keypad also didn’t look digital, but it was. Never seen one like this, so that was our mistake. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. We pretty much had everything we needed, except a couple more towels and makeup towels would’ve been better with two females there for a week. We did attempt to use the coin operated washer and dryer but one was out of order and the other had someone’s stuff in it all day, so we never got to do laundry as we didn’t have free time any other day. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom could’ve used a bit more dusting. An exhaust fan in there would be helpful too, since the window does not open. Free breakfast was on the listing, but it was no longer an option so she did kindly credit us 20. Overall we did enjoy our stay, especially for the price.

First Snowbird attempt
The condo was wonderful. I stayed for about 6 weeks. It was decorated wonderfully. The only negative about it was that the couch is not very comfortable. The complex is a little dated and not kept up very well. There was a fountain that was in disrepair and standing water in it. The patio chairs are not very comfortable and there are only 3 lounge chairs for the 20 units. The decking is coming up in spots and you have to be careful not to trip. The location is great because it is isolated from the business of the downtown area. I was there during the Daytona 500 and thought that it would be an issue and it was not. However, I was there during bike week and that was crazy. There were motorcycles up and down the road all day and night. Very loud. If you have a person in your party who is sensitive to sound you might want to make sure you are not down here - anywhere during bike week. The best thing about this complex are the other snow birds there. I was alone most of the time I was there and the people there make you feel so welcomed. There are about 7 regular snowbird condos and I ended up going out to dinner with them. We got together most every day in the courtyard. I would recommend this unit to a retired couple or person. I don't think kids would like it much as most of the people there are retired. Thank you for the use of your condo.

Great place, right across from the beach
We had a great stay, pool are was really nice. The guys come 3 times a week to clean and check it out. A couple of minutes and you are at the beach. A 10 minute walk to Lagerheads bar and grill. Good food, great live music. The apartment comes with lots of things, to make life easier. The hair dryer broke while we there, after calling the host, next day a new one was delivered.

Perfect Stay for Quiet Visit
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The location is perfect for a quiet trip to the beach. The pool was right outside our condo and was much bigger than pictures make it seem. The kids loved to swim every day. We also went to the beach every day which is right across the road. You can hear the waves at night from the balcony. The space is small but all we used it for was basically sleeping. Host responded very quickly and was able to solve our problem. Would definitely return again!

Really cute beach stay!
This place was so cute and very clean. We had a great experience. The bed in the back bedroom was pretty uncomfortable, and really the only downside. I gave a 4 for description accuracy just because the beds seem smaller than queen size, but everything else was as described and very cute. We would stay here again. The beach was also beautiful and not crowded at all!

Nice beach condo!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and we had everything we needed to cook (which is what we prefer). The communication with the owner was excellent. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all, which was amazing. There are also lots of fishing spots around this place, our kids enjoyed it a lot. One thing we did not figure out right away is where the showers were located to wash off send after returning from the beach. The owner does have these showers called out in the manual. We just did not read it until later. Inside the community there were no signs re showers, so we initially concluded that there were none. Maybe the community could hang those signs for renters like us :) who do not read manuals :)

Cozy condo right across street from beach. All accessories for beach outing were provided. Limited towels were provided based on number of people who stayed. Laundry is in a downstairs cubby hole type room under steps. Parking in assigned spot was stressed although several cars moved from spot to spot each day. Internet was hit and miss while we were there. Unit and condo complex as whole are slightly older and outdated. Pool is small but we didn’t use it. One bedroom has sliding glass door to main walkway of complex which made us slightly nervous. We were informed just prior to arrival that dishwasher was out of order but that wasn’t a big deal. I would have given a better review but we were accused of smoking in unit which we did not do, and then told the HOA the unit is a part of fines unit owners for cigarette butts in parking spaces. There was apparently one in the space assigned to us and we were accused of this to. However, multiple other guests smoked around pool and parking lot areas multiple times throughout our stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway
Christi's place is beautiful. Clean, well appointed, and lots of little extras. She even stocked my favorite coffee creamer! A short walk to an almost private beach. Relaxed by the pool afterwards with an adult beverage. Absolutely no complaints. This condo is exactly as advertised. We will definitely recommend to friends and family. Hope to come back again soon!

Nice and clean! Highly recommend!
The condo was very nice and clean and great ocean view from the balcony off the living room. Plenty of room for 4 and includes everything you could need for a relaxing beach trip. It was nice to have chairs and toys for the beach provided so we didn’t have to pack those. The community is clean and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves the whole time and also used the grill on the common area. we drove about 10 minutes from the condo to a beach access that had a splash pad and a park for our 4 year old. We had a great time!
