The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando
4.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (6502)
"Plenty of space in the condo and the layout was great. The showers and sinks drained slow but overall the rooms were clean. The pool water was cloudy in both the small kids pool and the lazy river the first couple days we were there. The service at the pool restaurant was extremely slow. I was very surprised at an additional fee that was added at checkout for checking in after 12pm. I would’ve thought they would’ve said something when I checked in. "

"I accept that the hotel has an "every other day" policy related to housekeeping for guest rooms. Our room was missed or skipped on our assigned day, so I called the desk well before they were done for the day. I was told my room would be put in the queue for cleaning. When I returned to my room later in the evening, it had still not been touched. I called again the very next morning and was again told we'd be attended too, even though it wasn't our day! Seriously - you see I called...
