Screened in private inground pool with spa. Free Pool and spa heat at standard temps (pool 87 deg) (spa 102 deg). A daily fee of $25 will be required to heat the spa and pool above standard temps.

There's also a loft game room area with a pool table and karaoke. Corn hole boards to use kept on patio. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi Internet access.

End lot on cul-de-sac, with pine tree farm adjacent which offers a beautiful and private view from the pool! Only 3 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Adjacent to the new Margaritaville Resort and the home is also walking distance to the "Island Grove Wine Company" and vineyard.

Cozy and comfortable with lots of amenities!
We had a great stay at this property! It is very conveniently located close to all the Walt Disney World Parks. It was healing to use the jacuzzi and pool after a long day of walking at the Disney parks! The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms, home theater, pool, popcorn, and the Pacman arcade. Highly recommend it, and I'd choose to stay here again on our next Disney-parks vacation.

The best stay ever with family! Tina was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the reservation and up to our stay. Always accommodating and even purchased a baby walker to add the many extras this home has to offer for families with littles. The description on the site is exactly what you will walk into. Will send referrals to this property and book in the future.

Home Away From Snow
We just departed our week long stay and were so sad to leave. Our home away from snow was absolutely everything we had hoped for and more!! The home is so spacious, clean, and very private. I appreciated how safe we felt and how attentive our host was. Upon check-in, I had a minor snafu that was totally on me. I texted Tina and she replied within seconds with a phone call walking me through some other details and was so reassuring to contact her if anything else came up. She was SO nice and accommodating and truly felt like we were home away from home. If you are looking for a spacious home to spend with your family, this one is it!!

Very nice house and pool. Great for multiple families. The kitchen is pretty stocked to be able to cook. Beds are comfortable. Close to everything. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Orlando.

Wonderful!
Heres a property that wont disappoint. Has everything a family needs for a perfect vacation. Great location to parks, easy access to dining and groceries. Pool is clean and perfect for relaxing after park day or off day. You cant miss booking this property.

Great Property in a Great Location
We had the best vacation at this home. The listing accurately reflected the amenities of the property and Tina was very responsive. The parks are very close, but be ready for the traffic that goes along with it. A few upgrades I might suggest - the mattresses were not the best and some of the pillows should just be disposed of. For the size of the home it would have been nice to have a bigger refrigerator. Finally, we couldn’t figure out the outside lighting, so we didn’t use the pool much after dark. We were able to use the hot tub at night though.

Property was everything you’d want to enjoy a Christmas break with family. They even put a tree up and decorated the house for that Christmas feel. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion I have is I think a grill would be awesome.

Nice home with plenty to do in the home when wanting a break from parks and attractions. Clean, pool was great, and the loft area/upstairs was a bonus! Very quick and responsive owners! Clean! Only thing that would make this home better is newer mattresses! Will definitely be back!

Best Thanksgiving!
We had the best Thanksgiving with our family in this house! We were able to invite them over on Thanksgiving day and we enjoyed all the amenities of the house while enjoying each other! Something we haven’t done with our family from Florida in a very long time! The movie room is amazing! You can enjoy from their collection of movies or just one on the streaming networks! The game room with the pool table is wonderful! The pool and hot tub were relaxing, especially after a long day in the parks! The bedrooms were so comfy! And the theming in each were just right! And dealing with Tina was a breeze! She made me feel so at ease with our trip! She even made sure that the showers were equipped with shower heads suitable for my brothers medical needs! I couldn’t of asked for more! Our family will be coming again and hopefully will be able to stay in this house!

Perfect stay for a family of adults (with extra room leftover)
The house was just what we were looking for. It was close to everything. Completely updated. Private lanai where you could use the pool in piece without looking at all the neighbors. And best of all my two twenty-something children each had their own queen bedrooms and private bathrooms, we had a master suite with a king bed (plus there were two additional bedrooms that we didn't need/use). All of that for way less than we would have needed to pay at overpriced resorts. Thank you!

Fantastic home and great location
Superb home with so much toom we didnt use about 80% of them. Kids loved the upstairs area with the pool table pacman and karaoke. We didnt spend much time at the house as it was so convenient for the parks. Just a tip, Uber can be cheaper both ways than parking (depending on when you go) which may help if you wanted to have a drink ot 10 whilst in the parks. Highly recommended and great hosts.
