The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems. "I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."
