I checked in around 9 p.m., and the front desk staff were quite welcoming. Although the room felt somewhat aged and outdated, it was clean given its history. The space is generally quiet unless people are speaking outside.

This is my second time staying here, the staff is always wonderfully sweet and nights tend to be super quiet and peaceful. Super close to a bunch of restaurants and stores too. The housekeepers are super great at their job and I had my room cleaned and restocked daily

Property is very clean, the room was clean, but the negative is the old toilet and bathtub with very old faucets. Bathroom needs updating. The amenities were minimal, no selection of breakfast at all, you can get a breakfast granola bar or oatmeal, coffee and tea and that is it.

I have stayed here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very responsive and respectful. They even take extra time to show me how the new tv's work! On my recent stay I arrived early from a long drive from Seattle. At first they told me my room wasn't ready (I knew i was early), however within 10 min I was in my room! Excellent place to stay, lots of places to eat, close by shopping and quick highway /freeway access. My go to place!

Village Inn Springfield provided a solid, reliable experience for a quick stopover. The check-in process was fast, simple, and hassle-free. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable;when we mentioned needing a bit of ambient noise to fall asleep, they kindly brought a box fan right up to our room. That level of thoughtful hospitality really stood out. The room itself was fairly average in terms of décor and amenities, but it was clean, quiet, and contained everything required for a comfortable one-night stay. When it was time to leave, check-out was just as seamless as arrival. Overall, Village Inn Springfield delivers friendly service and great convenience for travelers needing a quick, stress-free stay.

Room was ready and clean upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Chinese Restaurant right across the parking lot. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was pleasant and efficient. The motel had many beverages and snacks available 24 hours a day. The motel is very close to freeway access, gas stations and retail stores. There is a refrigerator and microwave in every room. Quiet at night...couldn't hear the freeway noise at all. I would stay here again on my next trip to Eugene, OR.
