"Other than this being a dated property, it was a lovely place to stay, with a kitchenette, living area, and separate bedroom. It was close to a beautiful park on a local creek, with springtime flowers, squirrels, ducks, and bullfrogs. The staff was helpful."

"We appreciated the large kitchen and proximity of parking to our door. No long walk down a dark hall. Great location close to downtown and the river. Would have been great if the heat was on in the room prior to check in (it was close to freezing and took a bit to warm up). Appreciated the pup friendly items and the coffee/tea/cocoa in the kitchen. "

"The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean but not an overwhelming odder from cleaning products. No carpet is a big plus for our family. The accommodations felt warm and inviting. The only negative I can see at all is the checkout time of 10am is a bit early, 11 would be much better."

"This is an excellent property. Having a kitchen allowed us the freedom of cooking, and takeout right on the hwy. Clean and quiet, well stocked. Comfy bed two couches and wifi! I know we will be back for many stays.😀"

Our only issue was that the sofa bed was broken and we couldn't find any e tra blankets or sheets for the living room sofa bed... (to use the couch/sofa bed as an extra sleeping area)"

"Upon my arrival the people staying in room 2, entered my room (1). The child gotten under the sheets on the bed and messed up the bed. The mother took a shower in my shower. When they left they went into my room, unannounced to retrieve the child’s pillow. But other than that it was great."

"It was perfect. I needed time to reflect and come to terms with my husband's death. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The sunsets, crashing waves, and the smell of ocean air made an excelkent backdrop to allie myself to g a in acceptance. On another note, i was not close to many djoos, restaurants and other attractions as well. Thanks gor a wonderful stay."

"The beach is a short walk but down a narrow road with blind corners and a big hill. Turns out there is public parking at the entrance so we opted not to walk and drive the 1 minute to the beach access, it felt safer. Even on a sunny 70 degree saturday we found parking spots, seems this beach access is somewhat less known and more local neighborhood feel. Beach was great and not crowded! "I was initially bummed that the hot tub was out of commission but the hosts were very kind about it working to accommodate my needs. John helped build a beautiful fire in the evening for the couple friends that came up to celebrate my birthday with me and we enjoyed feeding the horses carrots. Overall, beautiful and would recommend. It would also make a lovely Couples retreat for those who like to soak, enjoy outdoors with a fire and lounge about while enjoying the Talent/Ashland area."

"When we got there our room was not ready. The cleaning person said it would be ready in about a half an hour and the key would be inside on the table we walked in to find someone else in the room already and that we were to go to a different room. We could not find anybody to find any information and when we went to our new room it wasn’t ready either. We waited for approximately an hour. The toilet was so disgusting my wife asked him to clean it again. He came back in approximately 30 seconds...
